Overview: The intelligent meter reading control management system is designed to improve the comprehensive billing management level of water, electricity, gas, and heat. It replaces traditional manual meter reading methods with fully automatic meter reading methods. Compared with similar meter reading systems, it has the characteristics of adaptive network structure, no debugging, no maintenance, stable operation, and easy expansion. The system adopts advanced wireless network data transmission technology to real-time collect the usage status of residents' water, electricity, gas, and heat, realizing centralized storage and unified management of data, reducing manual labor, greatly improving work efficiency, and providing a basis for relevant departments to manage, statistics, and analyze energy usage, making management more scientific and efficient.
The intelligent meter reading control management system consists of four parts: comprehensive meter reading management system software, concentrator, collector, and intelligent meter. The concentrators include GPRS concentrators, telephone line concentrators, and Ethernet concentrators, with the main difference being their upstream communication method. The downstream communication method is compatible with all collectors. The collectors include M-bus collector, RS485 collector, and wireless collector. Smart meters include M-bus meters, RS485 energy meters, wireless remote transmission meters, and various IC card meters with the above remote communication interfaces.
In the meter reading system, the concentrator automatically reads back and stores all the meter data it manages, while receiving control commands from the management center and forwarding them to the meters. This system has excellent compatibility and scalability, which can achieve both the management of one type of smart meter and the comprehensive management of multiple types of smart meters such as water, electricity, gas, and heat. Performance characteristics: Modular functional design. The concentrator adopts an embedded module with R1610C as the core, and is equipped with resources such as serial port, Ethernet port, clock, etc. Modular design of various functions, stable and reliable operation, and easy expansion. Connect socket number and socket type. Main function description: CN2 RJ45 10M/100M compatible with Ethernet interface CN11 SIM LOCK SIM card socket. When using GPRS, install SIM card JP1 2-core SIP and select working mode (working mode or debugging mode). The data storage is stable and reliable. The concentrator adopts a 32M large capacity memory, which has fast data storage and query speed. Support sector balancing, long service life, and data retention for more than 10 years after power failure. The fully automatic function design concentrator automatically maintains the communication link of subordinate devices, achieves data collection automatically, and does not require manual intervention. The concentrator has watchdog and power detection functions to ensure long-term stable operation. Usage Specification 1 GPRS based concentrator
